GENERAL CONDITIONS

Just contact us by telephone. We guarantee that the information given and your personnal details will be, of course, kept strickly confidential. The above does not bind you in any way to Concierge service or you can contact us by your favorite way(phone, fax or e-mail).

Whether you are a company or a private individual, our rates are adapted accordingly to your needs.

We offer individual rates, a monthly fixed rate and an hourly fixed rate.

The client can make his / her request by telephone, fax or e-mail for a service that will be provided in a minimum time limit of 12 hours.

With the client’s agreement, Concierge Service will then debit from the credit card the amount of the service, and any eventual extra charges, and will then forward a copy of the bill via e-mail, fax or by post.

In case of an urgent request (less than 12 hours), there will be an extra charge of 25 % and will also be subject to availability.

The monthly membership inludes 5 services and is accessible to all clients having subscribed to an annual contract. The services that have not been used will not be transfered on to the following month. The payment of the membership will be debited at the start of the month. The contract is yearly with renewal by tacit agreement. Any subsciber who wishes to break their contract should do so by post at least one month before the expiry date.

For more advanced services which require more time, an estimate can be established on request. Concierge Service will, in this case, indicate any extra charges that may be added to the bill.

If the service cannot be achieved, no charges will be taken.

Rates 2008

Per service:  20,- €  (23,92 € VAT incl.)

Urgent service, less than 12 hours: 30,- € (35,88 € VAT incl.)

Subsciption 5 services monthly: 100,- € (119,6€ VAT incl.)

Additional service:  20,- € (23,92 VAT incl)

Gift Voucher:  90,-€ (113,62 € VAT incl.)
